If you've been curious about seated yoga or are simply looking for a way to unwind and take care of yourself, this class is the perfect opportunity. All you need to bring is a willingness to learn and grow.
Seated yoga is a form of yoga that is modified to be performed with the assistance of a chair for support. Seated yoga is often used for individuals with limited mobility or those who may have difficulty with traditional yoga poses.
What to Expect:
Devotion and Prayer
Strengthen your body through gentle yoga poses. (Most of these poses are done from a seated position.)
Improved flexibility and balance.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga.
No prior yoga experience needed. Open to all levels, beginners to experienced.
